Considerando que el parque requiere mantenimiento en sus juegos de niños y un poco de chapeo. Sin embargo esta grande el terreno como para poder hacer canchas para deportes, talves una de básquet, es un campo bastante grande. Fuera de eso si se le da el previó cuidado por la ciudadanía fuece Excelente
