20 minutos sin recibir alimentos. Peor aún, sin recibir bebidas. El lugar medio lleno y la responsable o encargada de piso sin coordinar al personal, dedicada a revisar su celular en lugar de preocuparse por la atención a los clientes. Lamentablemente la gente está acostumbrada a un mal servicio y no levanta la mano para exigir. Pésima experiencia la verdad, es un lugar que ni una estrella merece pero no tenemos esta opción de calificar así. Por favor eviten este lugar y exijan el respeto como cliente que merecemos y no nos acostumbremos un “servicio” sin calidad.
THE WORST SERVICE!!
20 minutes without receiving food. Worse still, without receiving drinks. The place is half full and the person in charge of the floor without coordinating the staff, dedicated to checking her cell phone instead of worrying about customer service. Unfortunately, people are used to poor service and do not raise their hands to demand. The truth is, it's a terrible experience, it's a place that doesn't even deserve a star but we don't have this option to rate it like that. Please avoid this place and demand the respect we deserve as a customer and let's not get used to a "service" without quality.
