★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unas semanas mi familia y yo fuimos un sábado a comer ahí; a pesar de haber leído la mayoría de reseñas que tiene este lugar en los comentarios y ver que la mayoría son quejas. Quisiéramos tomarnos el tiempo de felicitar a la mesera que nos atendió aquella ocasión debido a que era la primera vez que asistimos al restaurante y ella nos atendio como nunca nos han atendido, fue sumamente amable, nos explicó a detalle todo el menú, resolvió nuestras dudas y estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. Nuestra comida tardó demasiado y en cuanto le comentamos ese detalle, no dudo en explicarnos que la comida se elaboraba en el momento y que había más mesas antes que la nuestra, nos ofreció más totopos y a pesar de tener tanta hambre, no nos molestamos por ese detalle ya que supo manejar la situación. También se acercó a preguntarnos si teníamos calor para encender el ventilador, nos ofreció hielo y cuando mi bebé hizo berrinche, amablemente la señorita le ofreció un dulce y se calmo. Además de que por ser nuevos, se acerco al final a preguntarnos si nos había gustado la comida y nos dio la bienvenida como nuevos clientes. Nos gustó tanto el servicio que le preguntamos su nombre y nos comentó que se llama "Fernanda" así que la felicitamos por su amabilidad, paciencia, el amor y la felicidad con el que hace su trabajo. Uno no solo vuelve por la comida, sino por la atención y sin duda por la atención brindada merece ir una y mil veces más

Our food took too long and as soon as we mentioned that detail, he did not hesitate to explain to us that the food was prepared at the time and that there were more tables before ours, he offered us more chips and despite being so hungry, we did not bother about that detail since he knew how to handle the situation. She also came over to ask us if we were hot to turn on the fan, she offered us ice and when my baby threw a tantrum, the lady kindly offered her a sweet and she calmed down. In addition to being new, he came to the end to ask us if we had liked the food and welcomed us as new customers. We liked the service so much that we asked her name and she told us that her name is "Fernanda" so we congratulate her for her kindness, patience, love and happiness with which she does her work. One not only returns for the food, but for the attention and, without a doubt, for the attention given, it deserves to go one and a thousand times more.
