F	Fernando García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si decides visitar al criadero de truchas Atlimeyaya,puedo recomendarte probar en otro restaurante, buen comienzo con la recepción pues tienen excelente actitud,pero una vez en la mesa,tardan en tomar la orden, sí pides algo como aperitivo,lo más probable es que termine siendo el postre porque son muy desorganizados,falta de cubiertos,las bebidas también tardaron en llegar y pues respecto al sazón,meh, ordinario tirando a sin sabor,porciones pequeñas y algunos platillos los sirven fríos por lo que no puede degustarse bien.Tengo seguro que cuando vuelva a ir, comeré con mi familia en algún otro lugar. Tiene bonito ambiente,familiar y al aire libre pero no quedas satisfecho sólo con ello. El servicio es bueno, pero hay deficiencias en los procesos de atención... la chica que ofrece postres se acercó a la mesa en 3 ocasiones y antes de consumir alimentos. La carta dice que la distancia entre mesas es de 3 metros y no se cumple... la capacidad al 30% no se respeta y el tiempo de espera de alimentos es de 30 a 40 minutos. El lugar por su punto geográfico tiene una ventaja gigante, naturalmente como toda obra de la creación es bellísimo. Si disfrutas comer en lugares donde los tonos verdes, el cantar de los pájaros y el aire relajandote será de tu disfrute. Si lo visitas en tiempos primaverales te recomiendo traer una chamarrita aunque jures que estará soleado, pues en la sombra o al pasar de la tarde sentirás un aire fresco y agradable y ya sea que seas un esquimal o un proviniente del Sahara no estará de más traer una contigo. Los alimentos (ojo hablo solo de este establecimiento ya que en la zona abundan negocios de comida) no tuvieron un sazón digno de la altura del lugar, la trucha tenía un sabor a humedad marcado, nada que te atrape y haga volver. Sentí muy vacío el sazón y el rango de precios llegando un límite en donde sería justo debatir si es propio de un precio turístico o ya un precio abusivo; esto haciendo más énfasis en la botana. ?Mi experiencia en general por una parte disfruté del lugar que sí que es bello y por otro lado el pensamiento del "hubiera" constante de elegir otro negocio de comida en la zona por temas de mero sazón... El servicio de los vendedores es muy bueno y aparte de estar al aire libre, cuentan con protocolos COVID19 muy correctos.
