Muy bonito, poca variedad en alimentos, algunos empleados no tan amables pero en general buen hotel

Este lugar es hermoso, increíbles playas, restaurantes. Pero hay un problema con la movilidad, siempre que se me olvida algo en la habitación tengo que regresar a ella en un carrito de golf, en un trayecto que tarda 3 mins maximo 15 mins.

En su página directa del hotel dice que al llegar te dan un cóctel de bienvenida, pero al menos en mi caso eso nunca pasó, las habitaciones están retiradas del lobby del, envían carritos por los huéspedes pero tardan de 5 a 10 minutos. En el buffet la comida es muy repetitiva, la atención en el bar prácticamente solo es en la barra, el mesero (a) atiende primero a extranjeros o grupos grandes, la semana que me quedé ahí solo nos atendieron una vez. Personalmente esperaba más del hotel y su servicio pero no me quedaron ganas de regresar.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The hotel is old and dated, but is well kept. Our room was spotless and in perfect condition with A/C keeping it cool. The flat screen TV showed enough channels in English (other than CNN). The property is HUGE, but they have shuttles to take you everywhere. You just need to pick up the phone and they come and get you immediately. Everyone we came in contact, were very nice, dedicated and professional. No matter where you were at the property, there was always a smiley face ready to help. Although there's no swim-up bar, Maria and Ernestina kept our drinks full at all times, whether we were at the beach or at the adults-only pool. The food at the main buffet is adequate with a few great dishes here and there. The value is definitely evident. We dined at 3 of the a la Carte restaurants; the Steakhouse and the Mexican were the best. On our last night my wife sprained her knee while jumping into one of the pools and the staff were prompt to take care of her. They have taxi cabs available to take to the town for $45 pesos ($2.68 USD) each way. We even asked our driver to come back to pick us up and he was happy to do it. Transfers to the airport are only $350 pesos ($20.80 USD). Overall a great experience. Will definitely be back.
