Es un lugar sustentable, ellos mismos seleccionan sus semillas, siembran, cosechan, producen sus fertilizantes orgánicos, jabones orgánica, baños ecológicos, producen su biocombustible para su restaurante, crían sus animales, tienen recorridos por el bosque de niebla, cabaña sustentable, utilizan seldas solares, dan cursos, pláticas, etc... ????
 Wonderful! It is a sustainable place, they themselves select their seeds, sow, harvest, produce their organic fertilizers, organic soaps, ecological bathrooms, produce their biofuel for their restaurant, raise their animals, have tours of the cloud forest, sustainable cabin, use seals solar, give courses, talks, etc ... ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy buena experiencia, para todos los que buscan la respuesta a qué hacer para buscar la soberanía alimentaria. Super recomendado ir a una visita rápida en busca de plantas o semillas o una estancia para aprender todas las técnicas que se practican en las cañadas.

Lamentablemente no está muy abierto al público en general. tuve la oportunidad de ir como voluntaria a la construcción de una edificación de adobe y en esos días fue la primer feria de las cañadas abierta al público en general y es un lugar hermosooo. Muy fresco, relajante, con río y luciérnagas!
This place is fantastic! Unfortunately it is not very open to the general public. I had the opportunity to volunteer for the construction of an adobe building and in those days it was the first fair of the glen open to the general public and it is a beautiful place. Very cool, relaxing, with river and fireflies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un Banco de niebla así llaman al lugar más bien es un lugar eco turístico, para convivir con la naturaleza y hacer alpinismo y acampar. Hay que reservar y tienen uns perro hermosa y sociable que te guía durante tu estancia.
It is not a fog bank, so they call the place rather it is an eco-tourist place, to live with nature and go mountaineering and camping. You have to book and they have a beautiful and sociable dog that guides you during your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso bosque de niebla! En este lugar uno puede apreciar el bosque en diferentes estados de sucesión. Quede maravillada con los arboles de encino llenos de epifitas. La cooperativa ofrece diferentes cursos sobre permacultura, agroecología, bioconstrucción, cocina, etc. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y también se puede aprender sobre biocostrucción. Tienen una biblioteca con un repertorio interesante y una ecotienda con productos de calidad fabricados de manera artesanal en la misma cooperativa o por gente local. Se come delicioso en este lugar.
Beautiful forest of fog! In this place one can appreciate the forest in different states of succession. I was amazed with the oak trees full of epiphytes. The cooperative offers different courses on permaculture, agroecology, bioconstruction, cooking, etc. The facilities are very good and you can also learn about biocostruction. They have a library with an interesting repertoire and an eco-shop with quality products made by hand in the same cooperative or by local people. It eats delicious in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como pocos he disfrutafo y aprendido de este lugar. Tiene la intención de romper con los esquemas trastornados de una sociedad consumista y políticamente incorrecta. Aquí se vive en comunidad coperativa y todos trabajan para mantener este sitio asi de espectacular. Tengo mucho que decir pero básicamente aqui puedes venir a hacer cursos de todo, agricultura orgánica, bambú, baños sustentables, puedes venir a aprender y todos estarán abiertos. Hay varios lugares donde quedarse depe diwndo de la aventura que quieras tener.
As few I have enjoyed and learned from this place. It intends to break with the deranged schemes of a consumerist and politically incorrect society. Here we live in a cooperative community and everyone works to keep this place so spectacular. I have a lot to say but basically here you can come to do courses of everything, organic agriculture, bamboo, sustainable bathrooms, you can come to learn and everyone will be open. There are several places to stay depending on the adventure you want to have.
