Casi nunca hay agua pero se sobrevive, llega la coca y la corona pero no el internet, buen alumbrado público, las competencias por la música fuerte entre vecinos ya concluyeron, cuenta con preescolar, venden cena de cuando en vez todos al mismo tiempo y luego nadie, hay feria en octubre aunque no se puede ni pasar, cuenta con patio techado de usos múltiples, Iglesia privada, doble acceso al fraccionamiento si por te gustan las emociones fuertes, los aldeanos acabaron con los árboles, por lo que hace mucho calor y es importante mencionar que doña Eve es bien chismosa.
