The clubhouse is not common property. The developer hides that in the sale. The construction company works without security measures and exposes workers and neighbors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento / colonia privada (coto); el fraccionamiento es un lugar muy bonito, se cuenta con casa club con alberca, jardín amplio, vestidores y baños para mujeres y hombres, asador y wifi. La vista que se tienen de las casa es fantástica. Sitio ideal para dormir plácidamente o descanso de fin de semana.
It is a subdivision / private colony (preserve); the subdivision is a very nice place, it has a clubhouse with a pool, a large garden, dressing rooms and bathrooms for women and men, barbecue and wifi. The view of the house is fantastic. Ideal place to sleep peacefully or rest for the weekend.
