Desafortunadamente no fue nada de lo que esperaba, desde un principio en la mesa que nos querían acomodar muy sucia. La mesera cero experiencia en atender, todo lo que ordenamos muy tardado y aparte mal. Nada recomendable.

Unfortunately it was nothing that I expected, from the beginning at the very dirty table that they wanted to accommodate us. The waitress had zero experience in attending, everything we ordered took very long and was bad. Nothing recommended.

El lugar el lindo, lamentablemente es una PÉSIMA opción para comer.
El servicio es deficiente, tardan muchísimo en servir. Nuestros alimentos tardaron más de 1 hora en llegar y por supuesto, estaban fríos.
Las bebidas las tuvimos que pedir varias veces hasta que nos las trajeron.
Los precios no son económicos y la comida no tiene nada excepcional.
DO NOT EAT HERE!
The place is cute, unfortunately it is a WORST option to eat.
The service is poor, they take a long time to serve. Our food took over 1 hour to arrive and of course it was cold.
We had to ask for drinks several times before they were brought to us.
The prices are not cheap and the food is nothing exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui un viernes a medio día por lo cual no había mucha gente. El lugar es amplio con acceso a silla de ruedas, los platillos están ricos y acorde a precio, buena atención al cliente, la comida se prepara en el momento.
I went on a Friday at noon so there weren't many people. The place is spacious with wheelchair access, the dishes are delicious and according to price, good customer service, the food is prepared at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA.El personal muy sucio, las mesas sucias y las sillas en mal estado. No hay nada del menú que ofrecen. Los sopes son un pedazo de masa SIN FORMA, mal cocidos y sin sabor. Tardan mucho en preparar los "alimentos" como no hay lo que pides, te dan otra cosa sin avisar y obvio + costosa pero pésima calidad. Al reclamar y ver qué dejamos todo (lo desbaratamos para que no se lo sirvieran a nadie) pedimos la cuenta, un mesero agregó platillos y los que pedimos los puso con mayor precio. Una mesera nos amenazó con llamar a la patrulla, lo cual pedimos que por favor la llamarán para que vieran que nos estaban cobrando casi $1,000 por 4 sopes y 4 refrescos. Se acercó la cocinera y calmó a los meseros, hizo la cuenta y cambió a $480. Mucha la diferencia ¿Verdad? Por cierto, me enfermé del estómago con lo poco que comí.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Very dirty staff, dirty tables and shabby chairs. There is nothing on the menu that they offer. Sopes are a shapeless piece of dough, poorly cooked and tasteless. They take a long time to prepare the "food" as there is not what you ask for, they give you something else without warning and obviously + expensive but poor quality. When claiming and seeing what we left everything behind (we messed it up so that they wouldn't serve it to anyone) we asked for the bill, a waiter added dishes and the ones we ordered put them at a higher price. A waitress threatened to call the patrol, which we asked that they please call her so they could see that they were charging us almost $1,000 for 4 sopes and 4 soft drinks. The cook approached and calmed down the waiters, made the bill and changed to $480. Much difference, right? By the way, I got sick to my stomach with the little I ate.
