★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al visitar a nuestra ciudad vecina saltillo Coahuila , fui a visitar a lo que fue antes uno de los restaurantes más representativos de saltillo. En los años ‘70 , LAS CAZUELAS con su sazón clásico de la comida sureña de Guerrero .. el pozole blanco, verde y rojo , con sus guarniciones de aguacate , chicharrón cebolla ,chile , orégano un clásico de Guerrero . Su especialidad el HUARACHE solamente aquí se da esta especialidad , súper recomendable , sus tostadas chilapeñas , con su queso cotija y su salsa especial delicioso .. también está el mole que se prepara son sus 25 ingredientes no dejes de probarlo .. ven un fin de semana porque solo abren esos días puedes pedir para llevar o comértelo ahí , y si estas de suerte hasta mezcal encuentras .
 When visiting our neighboring city Saltillo Coahuila, I went to visit what was once one of the most representative restaurants in Saltillo.
