★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo muchos años de comer en este lugar y mis favoritas son las chanclas aunque en el menú hay muchas otras cosas. Sin duda muy recomendable el lugar y la atención es de primera. Cuando vengan a Puebla no olviden venir a comer al antiguo Callejón del Variedades y decir que yo los recomendé ;-)
 I have many years of eating in this place and my favorites are flip flops although there are many other things on the menu. Definitely highly recommended the place and attention is top notch. When you come to Puebla do not forget to come to eat in the old Alley of the Varieties and say that I recommended them ;-)

Para comer: la comida y las porciones no fueron lo que nosotros esperábamos.
To know: The taste is something different, the experience is good, excellent conversation with the owner, to know this well.
To eat: the food and the portions were not what we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es deliciosa. Las chanclas, tostadas y guajolotes, tienen un sabor a tradición poblana. Altamente recomendable, al menos, comer una vez ahí.
Food is delicious. The flip-flops, toast and turkeys have a flavor of Pueblan tradition. Highly recommended, at least eat once there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy tradicional, no había ido desde hace más de 10 años, y apenas fuimos con toda mi familia, y me quede algo decepcionado, las chanclas súper aguadas y casi sin carne. No había pollo deshebrado. Nos dieron tostadas de tinga sin carne qué porque así son en Puebla. Así que según ellos he vivido engañado. Y me vieron feo por no saber que es un Guajolote. La verdad me decepcionó la atención. No creo regresar.
It is a very traditional place, I had not been for more than 10 years, and we hardly went with my whole family, and I was somewhat disappointed, the super watered down and almost meatless flip-flops. There was no shredded chicken. They gave us tinga tostadas without meat, what because that's the way they are in Puebla. So according to them I have lived deceived. And they saw me ugly for not knowing what a Guajolote is. I was really disappointed with the attention. I don't think I'll go back.
