S	Sutharee Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there. Now the place charges ridiculous price. 250 pesos to see one pink lagoon! Almost 900 pesos to see more lagoons. This place used to be free of charge. I went there first time in 2016 and it was beautiful. I am not against the entrance fee but it is way too over priced and you do not have the freedom to enjoy the place. I do not understand what type of visitors they try to attract with this ridiculous fee. Even locals from Río Lagartos can't go there anymore witout paying the same price as rich foreign tourists. This is how mass tourism has brought upon beautiful places like this.
J	Jakob Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend going there. Yes, the lakes are a little pink, but it's more of a pricy tourist attraction than a natural phenomenon. A local guide from the lagoon told us, that the salt company puts too salty water into the lagoon and endangers the ecosystem there. In addition to that people at the entrance of the village try to stop you just to sell an overpriced ticket. Staff wasn't really friendly, too.
M	Michal Slavíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total tourist trap… not worth it. 900 pesos for 15 lakes with LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME (you have ca. 40 minutes)… at the end, you can climb up the tower for 10 minutes ? isn’t it great? And one fun note - when you try to take a photo of pink lakes - some weirdo on a motorcycle will drive to you saying it is not possible? What a sad place…
B	Bilal EO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ‘d recommend to avoid this place. We did the tour which was super expensive (300 pesos per person) for just walking around a provide basic information. On top of that, its an artificial lake used by the salt company next to it !!! I’d rather recommande to just find a spot with a lake view and take some picture. You will save money and won’t feed thus big salt company. Better do the boat tour which is owned by the local people
S	Samuel Daigle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest review here. Don't expect a natural lake, a long tour and plenty of pink lakes. It's a salt factory and they show you around the process with a simple walk. I would not recommend going to the bicycle or the safari tour because it's fairly quick to see everything and you would spend too much on that. The bilingual walk tour is 330 pesos per person and takes around 20-30 minutes. Go directly to the park stand, don't stop for any sellers before, just tell them no. That being said, if you're already in Rio Lagartos or you're planning on going to the beaches in the area, you should stop. Don't come here from Cancun just for the lakes.
