★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne es suave y muy rica aunque de entrada dieron un mini caldo de pollo con dos huesitos que sabían a agua, cero sabor, la atención de 8 y el lugar muy limpio, cabe mencionar que cuenta con estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es un rincón de buena comida tradicional en Cuautitlán Izcalli, tienen (cómo bien dice su nombre) principalmente costillas, acompañadas de nopalitos, cebollitas, salsas, frijoles de la olla y unas tortillas increíbles hechas a mano.
Todo servido de manera rápida y muy amable.
El dueño del lugar verifica que estemos bien atendidos. Un señor muy agradable que nos ofreció prueba de otros platillos.
Resulta ser, que tienen una birria deliciosa!
La próxima vez vamos a pedirla.
Súper recomendable!

This place is a corner of good traditional food in Cuautitlán Izcalli, they have (how well it says its name) mainly ribs, accompanied by nopalitos, onions, sauces, beans from the pot and some incredible handmade tortillas.
All served quickly and very friendly.
The owner of the place verifies that we are well taken care of. A very nice man who offered us a taste of other dishes.
Turns out, they have delicious birria!
Next time we will ask for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué el domingo a las 11 de la mañana y apenas iban abriendo, el servicio es amable, pero entregan los platos a destiempo, se tardaron más con una quesadilla para mi esposa que con mi plato que era costilla con ensalada. Los precios son muy buenos y el sabor también lo es, te dan chicharrón de entradita como cortesía, bastante buen detalle, antes daban consomé de pollo, ahora no.
Todavía considero que vale la pena el lugar.
I arrived on Sunday at 11 in the morning and they were just opening, the service is friendly, but they deliver the dishes at the wrong time, they took longer with a quesadilla for my wife than with my plate which was rib with salad. The prices are very good and the flavor is too, they give you pork rinds as a courtesy, quite a good touch, before they gave chicken consommé, now they don't.
I still consider the place worthwhile.
