★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general un lugar donde les importa poco la atención hacía sus clientes. Durante mi estadía (3 días) nunca hicieron la limpieza. Tampoco nos proporcionaron los artículos que todo hotel te da como papel higienico, toallas y almohadas que hacían faltan en las camas. Así también en el tema de las almohadas que faltaban nos dieron una almohada que se estaba deshaciendo. Las camas estan duras y la TV no estaba nitída. Espero puedan tener en consideración para proporcionar un servcio "bueno" a sus clientes. Y el trato fue de manera despota.
In general, a place where they care little about the attention to their customers. During my stay (3 days) they never did the cleaning. Nor did they provide us with the items that every hotel gives you such as toilet paper, towels and pillows that were missing from the beds. So also on the subject of missing pillows they gave us a pillow that was falling apart. The beds are hard and the TV was not clear. I hope you can take into consideration to provide a "good" service to your customers. And the deal was despotic.
