R	Rolando Zapata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uta, como poner palabras a un lugar con buenos detalles, muy limpio, tienen 3 cestos de basura para separarla y reciclar. Buenas promociones por días y horarios. Tengan cuidado con la salsa de cacahuete y chile guajillo, picosa con madre, pero muy sabrosa. No conocía la comida Veracruzana pero probé huevos con mole y plátano frito muy rico. Una picada de deshebrada , una inflada y una quesadilla. Todo muy bien preparado y presentado. Riquísimo todo. Y se ve que hay unos postres bien fregones. Muy buen lugar, ojalá y pronto pongan un gran local al norte de la ciudad. Ha por cierto, ví a un señor comer un platillo con un bistec y 3 picadas. En mi próxima visita me lo comeré. Uta, like putting words to a place with good details, very clean, they have 3 trash cans to separate and recycle. Good promotions for days and schedules. Be careful with peanut sauce and guajillo pepper, spicy with mother, but very tasty. I did not know Veracruzana food but I tried eggs with mole and fried plantain very rich. A shredded shred, an inflated and a quesadilla. All very well prepared and presented. Delicious everything. And you see that there are some good mop desserts. Very good place, hopefully and soon put a great place north of the city. By the way, I saw a man eat a dish with a steak and 3 chopped. On my next visit I will eat it.
O	Oscar Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disfruté mucho mis chilaquiles al Albañiles. Hay una picante deliciosa con cacahuate. Tienen muy buen sazón. Amenazo con volver!! Muy bueno! I really enjoyed my chilaquiles al Albañiles. There's a delicious spicy peanut. They have very good seasoning. I threaten to return !! Very good!

Al primer bocado te das cuenta de que saben lo que hacen. Pedí tetelas en mole y un tamalito de chocolate de postre, acompañado de una horchata de cacahuate (imperdonable que no la pidan). Definitivamente volveré, y espero con compañía. If I could I would give it 6 stars. The food is delicious, the treatment is excellent and the presentation is not far behind. At the first bite you realize that they know what they are doing. I ordered tetelas en mole and a chocolate tamale for dessert, accompanied by a peanut horchata (unforgivable that they don't order it). I will definitely return, and I look forward to company.

The best macha sauce in all of Saltillo. Delicious everything. DON'T MISS THE RED CHILE WATER, THE FISH TACOS AND THEIR CLAMATOS UFFFF!

El único detalle fue que no habían ingredientes principales y en lo personal el mole no tenía mucho sabor (sabía a agua) pero los guisos muy buenos. También las porciones son algo pequeñas. Los precios son muy razonables Very nice place with good food. The food is rich and homemade. The only detail was that there were no main ingredients and personally the mole didn't have much flavor (it tasted like water) but the stews were very good. Also the portions are somewhat small. The prices are very reasonable

Los tacos de pescado estaba un tanto simples. No es 100% veracruzano pero algo tiene. El precio es excesivo para la zona y el lugar pero la calidad de los alimentos es muy buena. The food is not what is expected for the place (it is above). However, it lacked a bit of seasoning to finish liking it. The fish tacos were a bit simple. It is not 100% from Veracruz but it has something. The price is excessive for the area and the place but the quality of the food is very good.

Delicious and very good presentation in addition to the very central location ... fair prices although in my opinion they should serve more portions in the dishes as in most restaurants in Veracruz.

La picada de arrachera exquisita, pero cara; el aguachile también y muy poca porción. Me tocó un caldo de camarón con mucha masa para espesar; no ligero como debería ser. Y los tlacoyos me fallaron, no tienen ni la apariencia. Volvería para probar los demás platillos. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation are captivating, but it is true that the price for the portion is somewhat excessive. The minced flank steak is exquisite, but expensive; the aguachile too and very little portion. I got a shrimp broth with a lot of dough to thicken; not light as it should be. And the tlacoyos failed me, they don't even look like it. I would go back to try the other dishes.
