★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything they have here is cochinita Pibil (also puerco pibil or cochinita con achiote is a traditional Mexican slow-roasted pork dish from the Yucatán Peninsula. Preparation of traditional cochinita involves marinating the meat in strongly acidic citrus juice, seasoning it with annatto seed which imparts a vivid burnt orange color, and roasting the meat while it is wrapped in banana leaf). Tacos, tortas and chamorros (the part of the pig between the knee and the ankle) is what they have. They are awesome! It was very tasty! They have 2 sauces both of them made with habanero peppers. So the option is really hot and hotter! Te horchata is home made. They also have fresh brewed coffee! I amply recommend it. I will be back for sure! ??
