Surely the best place for food try Yucatan food in all of San Luis Potosí. If you want to try again a dish that you liked from your trip to Yucatan, you should visit this restaurant, I found it out of luck because I live away from the place but it was worth every penny and it is very cheap.

I arrived at this place on recommendation, the truth is that I am a little skeptical that I can find it because the type of food is not common in the area. The place is a small restaurant but with all the flavor of Yucatan food. The menu seemed enough to me, considering that every day they offer a specialty dish and every day you can taste the most typical dishes of the Yucatan region. As a starter we ordered some Poc Chuc salbutes, delicious, and the meat very soft. As a main dish and derived from the fact that we had a craving for cochinita, order by the kilo, excellent color and flavor, accompanied by red onion, black beans and habanero sauce, the tortillas are hand made and made at the moment. Here my first conflict, I had gotten used to eating cochinita with refried black beans and habanero peppers with lemon and onion. The black beans they offer are broth and habanero sauce instead of chiles. The flavor of the cochinita predominates and it has an unparalleled flavor, very rich and the meat is very soft, yes, the tortillas were not enough for us but nothing that cannot be solved by preparing them beforehand or a dedicated person for that. After eating about 8 cochinita tacos, I finished with a dessert that is the sweet papaya with Dutch cheese, a very delicious dessert and totally new and different for me. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to the service, at least I noticed that they visit all the diners and ask if everything is okay, which speaks of the hospitality of the place and the care given to the diner. Finally, regarding the prices, they are fair for the delicacies that they prepare there, the attention and the flavor of the dishes. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it and do not forget to go and taste the good taste of Yucatecan food in San Luis Potosí
