Me sorprendió gratamente que preparan de buena manera los escamoles (huevos de hormiga), aunque sin llegar a la exquisita experiencia que he probado en otros lugares.
Sus precios no son baratos, como lo prueban las fotos que adjunto, aunque tampoco son prohibitivos.
Lo malo es que estos manjares son por época del año.
También preparan un molcajete de carnes que es bueno, nada más. Tal vez tiene demasiado chicharrón para mi gusto.
El queso fundido con chistorra es bueno también.
Vale la pena pasar a probar sus guisos aunque sin demasiadas expectativas.

It is a nice place to eat maguey worm.
I was pleasantly surprised that the escamoles (ant eggs) are prepared in a good way, although without reaching the exquisite experience that I have tried elsewhere.
Their prices are not cheap, as evidenced by the photos attached, although they are not prohibitive.
The bad thing is that these delicacies are for the time of the year.
They also prepare a molcajete of meats that is good, nothing more. Maybe he has too much pork rinds for my liking.
The melted cheese with chistorra is good too.
It is worth going to try their stews but without too many expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena comida, deliciosa, sobre todo los escamoles,y los chinicuiles y de postre los chongos zamoranos saben muy muy rico. Pequeño el lugar pero la atención es buena, están a precio, no es barato pero no es tan caro tampoco, volvería a venir por los escamoles.
Very good food, delicious, especially the escamoles, and the chinicuiles and for dessert the Zamorano chongos taste very very tasty. The place is small but the attention is good, they are affordable, it's not cheap but it's not that expensive either, I would come again for the escamoles.
