According to they accept cards, but their Clip never works. I have bought several times and the times I have gone they only have frosting. Donuts are ok

Lamentablemente, el personal te deja con un mal sabor de boca, que ni las donitas pueden arreglar. Llego y doy las buenas tardes y no recibo respuesta por la empleada que me mira fijamente, pido mi orden y me contesta como si yo no supiera leer lo que indica el mostrador. Después, la otra mal educada, me sirve las donas mientras que la primera tipa, (de la caja), sale y se burla de mí a mis espaldas, ya que puedo leerlo en la sonrisa burlona de la tipa que me sirve las donitas. No le digo nada, pues no me gusta rebajarme a ese tipo de nivel, así que me voy, dando las gracias muy educadamente y, como lo esperaba, no conseguí respuesta.
Con los acontecimientos del estadio recientes y este tipo de trato, los queretanos están dando muy mala imagen a todo el país. Qué decepción.

I arrive and say good afternoon and I don't receive a response from the employee who stares at me, I ask for my order and answers as if I didn't know how to read what the counter indicates. Then, the other rude one, serves me the donuts while the first girl, (from the box), comes out and makes fun of me behind my back, since I can read it in the mocking smile of the girl who serves me the donuts. I don't say anything to him, because I don't like to lower myself to that kind of level, so I leave, thanking him very politely and, as I expected, I didn't get an answer.
With the recent events at the stadium and this type of treatment, the people of Queretaro are giving the entire country a very bad image. What a disappointment.
