★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was simply the best meal I had when in Cozumel, I'd like more foreigners could know about this place. Opposed to all of those fancy restaurants in downtown, the food of this place truly reflects its regional flavors. Even if I had paid twice the price on the bill it would still be considered cheap based on what was offered. I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you can get away from the tourist area and go back into the local areas, that is where the real food can be found. This place was on my must do list and I am so glad we stopped here. You know it’s local when your the only tourist in the place. It was full that night and they asked if we minded sharing a large table with another couple. We instantly hit it off and had a great time visiting with them. The server Mariano was excellent and so very kind and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The people we sat with later invited us to their home for a birthday party the next day. We went and had the best time. So thankful that we stopped in to eat dinner here that night. Can’t wait to come back again.
