★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui con toda mi familia a cenar y pedimos en 3 tantos para no amontonarnos en el aparador, yo pedí un waffle y cuando demoraron pregunte y me dijeron que en un momento, despues de media hr vi que ya estaban recogiendo todo y pregunté por mi pedido, entonces las chicas comenzaron a verse unas a otras y me pidieron mi ticket.
Me di cuenta que no lo habian hecho, me dijeron que me lo cambiaban por unas fresas pero no es el punto. La gente o al menos yo no busco que me regalen nada, si das un buen servicio no tienes necesidad de andar conformando a la gente con detalles que no van al caso, es increíble que el ticket se lo pasan como 3 personas y ninguna se haya dado cuenta que el pedido estaba incompleto, tampoco la mesera pudo dar aviso o checar que faltaba. Mi mamá se pidio una crepa y estaba cruda, mi esposo un helado que estaba super dulce, lo dejo a la mitad por que estaba incomible. Yo en lo personal no pienso volver, tienen muchas áreas de mejora y mucho personal para el servicio tan carente que dan.

My mom ordered a crepe and it was raw, my husband an ice cream that was super sweet, he left it halfway because it was inedible. Personally, I do not plan to return, they have many areas for improvement and a lot of staff for the service that they give so lacking.

Todo lo que venden es muy rico. Compramos fresas con crema y woooow lo delicioso ? luego las crepas son súper ricas, los frappes y las bebidas frías.
El lugar es muy agradable y lo recomiendo para pasar la tarde en familia ✌?
