Ofrecen una privada con amenidades de calidad, sin embargo no te informan que esta considerada una sola alberca para 400 casas, no se dejen engañar!! . Estoy muy arrepentida de haber hecho caso omiso a la gente que me advirtió de esta situación no caigan en el engaño de Almena. ??? La casa me gusta mucho, es bonita pero no es justo que te engañen yo compre una privada y ahora resulta que no lo es. Que no los sorprendan ??? Wow aparte en lugar de resolver te bloquean de sus redes que decepción en verdad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa tiene detalles de cuarteaduras, el fraccionamiento tendrá más casas para las instalaciones de amenidades que ofrecen, no cuenta con agua los baños ni la regadera para enjuagarse para el acceso a la alberca, no se pueden instalar ventilador en el tercer nivel porque el techo es de unicel y se argumenta que es para que la casa esté más fresca, el abastecimiento de agua es carente ya que no tiene presión para llenar tinacos y se paga agua y además a las pipas para llenar tinacos aproximadamente cada 2do o 3er día. Son demasiadas casas para cubrir garantías para 1 trabajador. Las casas se cuartean y llevan meses entregadas :( :( :( el patrimonio que se adquiere es contraproducente :( :( :(

con el desarrollo, Conozco el desarrollo y ese tipo de problemas que se platican aqui son por falta de tramitación, por ello es imprescindible revisar el contrato, y que todo lo ofrecido por el agente de ventas, venga estipulado en el contrato de compra venta, además , los contratos de las desarrolladoras deberían de estar registrados en PROFECO, lo que pasa es que PROFECTO impune unas multas que llegan a ser ridículas, sin embargo es probable que esto ya se haya ajustado. Suerte, espero que pronto la desarrolladora les solucione, Con Respecto al lugar, a mi me parece bonito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado no se dejen engañar, compre mi casa con la ilusión de vivir en un lugar seguro para mis hijos ya que me vendieron una provada conseguridad. Sin embargo NOOOOOO ES CIERTOOOOO. ALEMENA no da la cara da soluciones en la cuales siempre nosotros tenemos las de perder el fraccionamiento hace unas semana MUNICIPIO NOS DEJO SIN PLUMAS DE ACCESO y que ha hecho ALMENA NADAAAAA..... no compren no se dejen engañar. No entregaron amenidades completas, no tenemos agua en los baños de la alberca, el area de niños fatal todo en verdad nefasto. ALMENA no tiene etica como constructora y no da solución a nada una vez que compras ya es tu problema.
