★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best condo complex in Mazatlan. Terrific sunset views from large decks overlooking the beach and ocean. Largest infinity pool in Mazatlan. Units in the north tower have eleven foot ceilings and plenty of windows and sliding doors to maximize the wonderful views. Cerritos beach is much quieter then Zona Dorado beaches. Absolutely love it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with the complex being right on the ocean, and close enough to Centro and the Golden Zone, but far enough away you don’t get the hustle and bustle when the cruise ships are in port. Staff are friendly, and the building is new and well maintained. Facilities include access to the beach, an infinity pool, two hot tubs, a gym, and many more. I highly recommend considering Las Gavias Grand for your stay in Mazatlán.
