★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad and not good. Requires taxi trips if you want to go back and forth to the beach/club/la isla more than once per day. Cost 60 pesos to print our boarding cards , which was 6 pages and which you kinda would expect to be free.

The pool area is nice and not too busy. The staff is helpful and friendly.
It's completely serviced and we came back surprised to find even the dishes washed - we left in a hurry one morning.
The floors could be cleaner is my only criticism. I was walking barefoot in the apartment and my feet would get black in minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landed in Cancun with no hotel our first night. We were able to find this charming hotel last minute, and it exceeded all of our hopes and expectations! The staff was nice, the room was INCREDIBLE, and the views and neighborhood were beautiful and tranquil. Five stars! ⭐️
