We stayed at this hotel, the service was top notch. The staff is very polite and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely good value for money

The staff is very welcoming and warm (at the reception and restaurants). The place it's so big, with beautiful alleyways, nice large beach, good food and at all times clean. I spent 4 days at the location.

The hotel building & property is amazingly beautiful & neat to see. We had to rearrange our trip & had to cancel our reservations for Las Hadas due to the changes so we decided to go for breakfast on our way out of town. Sadly it was buffet style & the absolute worst food we had in Mexico our entire visit. Both of us got sick from it.

Nice hotel, good food, good beach access, and nice pool. Rooms are very far apart and far from the lobby. After 7pm the only bar open is the one in the lobby and its far from most rooms. I was there for an event and they really got cheap. For over 100 dollars a night per person they should do better.

Beautiful hotel, food however is the worst I have tried. Soup very salty. Fish with no flavor. Rice was soggy. A few people literally walked away from table on their first bit. Not worth it to pay all inclusive.

Beautiful hotel, however the amenities & staff are some of the worst I’ve experienced in any trip. 1. There’s no valet parking, you have to park your own car. Which is fine, except a staff van followed us to bring us back to the lobby, we had to go to 3 different parking lots to find a space. Staff should have communication and send guest to a specific place that has space available instead of making us go in circles. 1. The water in the shower gets backed up. 2. The safety box in our room didn’t work, when I called to get it fixed or replaced they took about 20mins to send someone to our room. Once maintenance & security both arrived and weren’t able to fix it, they said to wait, that they would be right back with a replacement. After another 20mins waiting for them to come back, I called again and was told they didn’t have any available until the next morning when guest would do their check out. (I was only there that night, the next day was absolutely worthless to me.) 3. Because of the all the waiting we almost missed dinner. The logistics to find sitting suck. The tables are shared with other families, waiter had to walk around tables and ask guests if there was space available in their table for other guests. Took forever to find a spot. 4. THE FOOD SUCKSSSSS. Dinner and breakfast were both buffets, both were lacking variety, flavor, & staff to serve. At breakfast there was 1 person per station, each station had about 7-10 people in line waiting. 5. The pool is nice, but for the amount of rooms and guests they need more sitting areas. Getting drinks at the pool takes a little longer than other hotels I’ve stayed at but can’t complain the drinks were good. 6. Check out was fast. It’s getting to your car after checkout that sucks. Had to wait for staff to drive us to our parking space (takes a while). Once we were in our car we were getting situated and the gate was locked with us still inside the parking lot. It has chained and paddle locked, we had no way out. Had to honk and wait for about 15mins until someone came to unlock it so we could leave. Anyway, the hotel is nice. But the experience is terrible, I do not recommend at all. Don’t book here.

I highly recommend this resort if you’re looking to relax and unwind. A lot of families with children. Beautiful spot for couples of you don’t mind all the kids around. Many Restaurants and bars to choose from. I don’t recommend it for elderly or bad knees to many stairs and a lot of walking. Other then that. Beautiful rooms spacious and beautiful pool and beach and hotel.

I can't even put a start to grade their food. It's not even edible. No flavor, or even taste what their advertising. Shrimp are small ! Pasta taste like nothing. Not even the ice cream. ?. What it worst?? Their rooms !! Smell like public bathroom!! Do a favor to yourself don't book at this hotel !!
