Jamie and his staff are wonderful. Golf course is challenging and after a lot of work due to the rains in October things are shaping up. We just played for a month and will be back for 2 months in the New Year. I enjoy the staff as much as the golf course and look forward to our time there every year Dirk and Kathie van Veen

The golf course is in fine condition, with lots of challenges, thoroughly enjoyable to play. The staff are friendly and always helpful. I look forward to many more matches at this attractive, well-run resort course.

Layout was interesting. Staff was great. Course was in horrible condition. No grass on the greens and they were like a rock. Bunkers haven't been worked on in months. Fairways had no grass.

I've playing tennis there. Instructors are really good, atmosphere is nice and tennis courts are well looked after. My only issue is lighting, only two of the tennis courts have sufficient light to play in the evening.

Great views. Once, it was the number "one" Hotel, Resort, Beach and Yacht Club in the Pacific Coast. The architecture is so beautiful that they even filmed a movie, starring Bo Derek, back in 1977. Nostalgic scenes when in the Marina.

The layout is not for the faint of heart...lots of trouble all around the golf course...bunkers, water hazards and not so forgiving fairways throughout the track. Be prepared to donate more than a few balls for the locals to find...the down side was the greens...due the the hurricane that came through a couple years back. It did a number on the course...but they are trying diligently to bring it back hence my 3 star rating...otherwise a 4.5 minimum.

Very challenging course but lots of fun, we took a caddie (Marcos) who was great, for several rounds which is necessary due to the layout. The caddie & master (Lucas) speak our language and along with the cashier and drink server are very helpful and excellent hosts. The signature hole is the 18th island green ( recently reopened after extensive repairs) right on the ocean and spectacular and tough to par. We were golfing over a period of 3 weeks and noticed lots of grounds work and improvements to the course during this period.

Cost $120 USD weekdays, twighlight $65 USD, Thursday’s 2:1 green fees anytime. Pros: very interesting set up with elevated greens and many picturesque fairways and par 3’s. Cons: in Canada and USA for $120 you are getting a pristine course, even for $65 typically you get decent... this course fairways are long with little roll, greens are slow and bumpy, sandtraps are like concrete not even fair to hit out of them. Hard to believe they have let course fall into such disrepair. I will look for other local courses to play....
