✘ LOCATION ● Nestled at the beginning of the quiet & clean North End Neighborhood (closest to town), only a short (7 block) leveled stroll from town (no hills). Las Hamacas is close to restaurants and stores, yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town.

✘ BEACHFRONT PROPERTY ● We are steps from the Beach. This part of Sayulita's beach is equally as convenient as Our Location. Clean, rockless, swimmable and not crowded, its close enough to walk into the Main Beach (in town) yet far away enough to have your own space.

✘ STAFF ● Responsive On-Site staff that can help with any issues you could encounter. Front desk Receptionist (10:00 am- 5:00 pm), Caretaker (8 am to 6 pm), Night Guard (7 pm to 7 am) and Property Manager for emergencies available always. This is not something a lot of rental houses offer but we specialize in this. Its a family run business for over 15 years.

✘ FULLY EQUIPPED HOUSES in MINT CONDITION ● We offer bright, spacious and breathtaking 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villas with gorgeous ocean views. All our Casas are FULLY furnished and colorfully decorated with beautiful Mexican artwork. A/C in all Bedrooms and individual washer/dryers in each Casa as well as WiFi.

✘ STUDIO CASITA ● We also separately rent out our Studio Casita located by the entrance of our property. This is ideal for guests looking for a 4th Bedroom.

✘ RELAXING POOL ● Our beautiful pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and is shared by all six homes.

✘ COMMON AREA ● This area is for all our guests to enjoy. A covered space with colorful oversized bancas to lounge. As well as an outdoor Kitchen/Eating area and BBQ's.

S	Scott Armstrong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! We stayed in Las Dulcinea which is the lower floor of the house on the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Large kitchen and living room and a great patio for sunsets and just chillin'. Maid service everyday. Staff was extremely attentive. 10 minute walk into the main square of Sayulita. There is a pool toward the back of the property. It was clean but the water is not heated so a bit colder than the ocean (we were there in January). Our only wish would be for a hot tub to warm up after the pool or ocean. Honestly though, this is a lovely place to stay for a family looking to avoid the busy beach scene in downtown Sayulita.

They provide chairs and umbrellas and it’s also a 10 minute walk to the town center. Very helpful and friendly staff too.
D	Daniel Navarro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed a 5 night stay at Las Hamacas. We were in Casa Dulcinea which is the downstairs beach front houses. It was amazing. We have been coming to Sayulita for the last 5 years or so and this was by far the best view and house we've stayed at so far. And we've stayed at other beach front houses on previous trips. The house is very spacious (3500 square ft. I believe), the beds are comfortable, cold AC in each bedroom, 10 Mbs/sec wifi was fast enough for both my wife and I to do zoom calls at the same time, each bedroom has its own full bathroom, plenty of hot water, kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, etc. We cooked meals in the house a few nights and had everything we needed. There are also several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. The view in this house is beautiful. It never gets old. The beach is so close and you can see the town from this spot as well. My son ran from the couch on the front patio to the beach. We timed it at 15 seconds exactly. Can't beat that. We will definitely be coming back to this house.

Its on the section of the beach that starts to become more secluded and quiet, but its close enough to all the restaurants and everything else. The staff is always friendly and our maid was really nice and helpful. She even washed some of our clothes which we did not expect. I love this place and look forward to another trip in the future.

We stayed at Dulcinea house which is steps from the sand and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and coffeeshops, as well as beautiful nature and hikes. Can't wait to go back!
