Las Hijas de la Tostada - 62374 Cuernavaca

We were 4 people during Easter 2022 and we were undecided in which Averanda restaurant to have dinner. We went in here because we were hungry and there were few people. Immediately after they gave us a table we regretted staying there, the music was too loud, I understand that they try to create a pre-drinking atmosphere and a chilanguita-type party but the volume was too annoying. We asked the waiters to put him down and they they commented to the manager but he ignored them (they told me that the manager never listens to them and looking at the other google reviews I confirm that it is true). I had to go directly to talk to the manager and ask him for the bill because we were already leaving because of how annoying the music was, he told me that they were going to turn it down but not to leave, that's when I realized that *the manager had alcoholic breath *. We were at most 5 tables and everyone was quiet, the only one with a party atmosphere in the place was the manager and that's why he had the music like that. Since there were 4 of us, we were able to order several entrees and dishes, nothing remarkable. The only redeeming feature of the place are the waiters who are quite friendly and attentive. I really hope they review the reviews and improve the service.

The food is rich, abundant and full of flavor. The attention is good without being surprising. Without a doubt, a good place to have a couple of chelas with some delicious toast

Pass him, pass him, you are going to love this review. We had to come to release 'Las hijas de la tostada', and the truth is that they have everything with a rating of 10. From the moment you arrive, you feel relaxed and ready to start ordering a beer or a cocktail, chat for a while, and eat! Middle note: come hungry because there's so much to try. I suggest you do not close and start trying everything you see, there is: octopus, shrimp, salmon, tuna, dorado, in short, an excellent variety. I suggest: Lacanjá, Bobampak, Tikal, but the ones you MUST try without leaving are: the taco mar y tierra and the caramel shrimp taco, they are perfect! The attention is very good from the moment you arrive and the room service is also excellent, of course I will return soon to try much more. December 2021: seafood and fish restaurant. It has a very nice terrace overlooking the central esplanade of the Averanda shopping plaza. Good wait service. The quality of the food is good. Good atmosphere and good eighties music. In some products the prices are high, keep that in mind when you visit this place. Note: They must take care of the distribution of the tables due to the Covid issue since there is NO healthy distance between the tables.

The place is very cool, it has a beach vibe and the DJ plays good music; very varied and to taste. The staff very friendly and attentive. We tried some cocktails ? from the house and very delicious. They have several promotions that you can see right there and they vary depending on the day. But I must say that I had higher expectations of the food. Although they have many options (surely some better ones) and visually it looks good, they were not to my liking... I consider the prices to be ad hoc to the place and style of the restaurant.

It is inside Plaza Averanda on the 2nd floor. The attention is good from the waiters, the dishes are varied and the prices are affordable. There is toast, ceviche and even pozole on Thursdays with its snack. Each day of the week they have a different promotion. The only "but" that I can observe is that during my stay in the place they turned up the volume of the music a lot and we had to speak very loudly to make ourselves understood, if they don't have a problem with that, I recommend them.
