One of the few archeological places in North Mexico. The rocks are impressive. Nice to spend some time appreciating te carbs on the rock as also enjoying the near beautiful beach

This place is very interesting! The staff are wonderful. See it before it becomes a large tourist attraction. Meet Carmen...she's an awesome guide!

We went to Las Labradas a couple of days ago. The drive is easy from Mazatlan and the tour is great. Our guide, Carmen was very helpful. I speak a little spanish and she could speak a little english so we could understand about the petroglyphs. Muchas gracias Carmen. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Remember a hat and sunscreen!

We visited Labradas during our vacation to Mazatlan. We paid a local Uber driver to take 4 of us there for about 1200 pesos. He waited while we spent about 90 minutes viewing the petroglyphs. There was a volunteer guide who spoke good English who pointed out the more interesting glyphs and explained them. We tipped her 120 pesos. It's a beautiful setting and we were glad we went. It's amazing these glyphs are still visible after all these years. We understand the rocks on this beach washed down from far away by the river which may explain why the petroglyphs are only found in this location.

Unmatched beauty on a secluded beach. The stone carvings are amazing. Make sure you travel with a guide to show you the over 500 carvings on volcanic rocks. In this area there are jaguars, bobcats, iguanas and crabs. Easy access from the toll road on a graded dirt road that cars can travel easily.

UNESCO site 30 miles north of Mazatlan. Pleasant faculty Visitor Center. Guides are knowledgeable, eager to tell the stories, and friendly. Many historical features here. In this Covid season, bring a brown bag lunch to sit at the beach view. Value in going; wash your car after your visit. Will go back❣️

Very unique archeological site. I would expect these petroglyphs to be in a museum, instead they are in the exact same place they have been for 1000s of years. A guide takes you out to visit the site and you also can see archeologists tediously cleaning and sorting artifacts in a structure nearby.

Beautiful secluded beach with tons of petroglyphs. Great area for birdwatching. Wasn't busy when I went, only one other group was there.
