J'ai réservé via Booking.com avec qui je n'ai jamais eu de soucis pr les autres réservations. Celle là m'a été prélevé directement sur mon compte, et le jour de l'arrivée vers 20h30 ds une ville étrangère et après un long voyage, la personne n'a jamais voulu me laisser entrer ni même vérifier ma réservation. Elle m'a parlé en espagnol sans faire le moindre effort et m'a laissé plantée dvt la grille. J'ai dû trouver et payer une autre chambre à la dernière minute. Je ne recommande dc pas cet hostel! I can't even put a star since I couldn't access the accommodation. I just want to inform future travelers! I booked through Booking.com with whom I have never had any problems with other reservations. This one was taken directly from my account, and the day of arrival around 8:30 p.m. in a foreign city and after a long trip, the person never wanted to let me in or even check my reservation. She spoke to me in Spanish without making the slightest effort and left me standing in front of the gate. I had to find and pay for another room at the last minute. I do not recommend this hostel!
