Por lo regular te encuentras con trabajadores que disfrutan de su descanso al salir de su jornada o bien con jóvenes universitarios que les gusta el ambiente sencillo y convivir con amigos sin tanto glamour.
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Av. Centenario, the right place is to go to El Chávez. You usually meet workers who enjoy their rest after leaving their day or with young university students who like a simple atmosphere and hang out with friends without so much glamour.
