El lugar nada que ver con las fotos. Las habitaciones están lejísimos de la laguna y solo hay 1 metro cuadrado de laguna para tantas habitaciones. Olvide mi perfume, marqué inmediatamente para regresar q recogerlo y me dijeron que no lo veían. Me robaron

J'ai adoré notre séjour dans cet endroit hors du temps, du lever du soleil au milieu de la nuit tout est magique, les chambre sont confortables et propres, les extérieurs sont à couper le souffle, on a vraiment envie d'en profiter au Maximum ! l'hôtel dispose d'un accès privé et direct sur la lagune, magnifique et reposante Nous avions à disposition des canoës et pédalos pour en profiter encore plus, Les employés sont adorables et au petit soins, Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer le propriétaire Valentin, qui nous a accueilli les bras ouverts et nous a fait sentir chez nous ( merci encore !!)

Joli hôtel donnant accès direct à la lagune. Ponton, kayak et Pédalo à disposition. Chambre qui fait le job, bouteilles d'eau à disposition, pas de mini bar/réfrigérateur. Besoin de la voiture pour aller au centre ville. Personnel très aimable et serviable.

Great location, very quiet and comfortable

The premises are lovely. The setting is breathtaking. The staff is pleasant and helpful, but terribly disorganized and unprofessional. Rooms go unmade, no paper in toilets, etc. Very expensive for what you get.

Restaurant with amazing food, also right here there are the classical swings to take your photo as prove that you came to Bacalar and one of the better views to the Bacalar lagoon. Right here you can take the tour to the 'Pirate Town' and see the most beautiful view in Bacalar. If you don't believe me just google the Pirate Town and will love it...so this is the place where you want to go to arrive there.

Horrible! The room is not like on the picture. Here is real foto. They charge about 100 USD a night for room 2x3 metres. Mattress is old, window doesn't close, no place to put even bag. I wanted to leave after first night and ask manager. He offered me another room which never gave to me. Owner refused to make a refund. No services of food. It was no water neither soap in my room. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Bacalar…suite famille jardin no shower or soap dispenser or shampoo holder No hairdryer! No big mirror or closet or bureau! Restaurant no Price list….or menu ! was very pricy for a small kitchen, nothing fancy! Plastic table and chairs, no placemat or tablecloth! Ex: Margarita 2/$280.00 … classy Hotel paid 2/$120.00 ?‍♀️Food was good! Drastically overpriced, they took advantage as there was no price list ! And suddenly they had one Exuberant! no customers beside us! Apologetic service! No water glasses in room ! Missing pillow cases! Besides pillows were cheapest from Wal Mart $3.99 ! Received wet towels ! No safe! Beds cracking and not comfortable! What a waste looks so beautiful but not comfortable ! Owners should try it for a night and see what is missing! Sheets smelled like Javel ! Couldn’t fall asleep… had to wrap pillows with my clothes ! Breakfast… there was not enough place for customers to sit…. And then they ran out of coffee cups ?‍♀️Please! Never again $2898.90 pesos… most expensive Hotel we stayed in ! Was surely not expected!
