Cómo ya han dicho anteriormente, no hay servicio o trato al cliente, sólo son cocineras que se la pasan platicando entre ellas... Ésos que dicen que es delicioso, o los tenían amarrados o nunca han ido a unos verdaderos mariscos... He believed that they do not know the difference between a governor taco and a quesadilla with shrimp ... As they have already said before, there is no service or customer treatment, they are only cooks who spend their time talking to each other ... Sobrevuelan y se postran en las bebidas, en la tabla de picar, en limones y aguacates que después irán a la tostada, sin mencionar que se encuentran a lo largo de toda la barra. Esto contrasta con dos cosas: el sabor de la comida, el cual es bueno; y la higiene, que es infinitamente superior en locales como el de Marina (mi favorito). Les invito a NO normalizar este aspecto sumamente irritante y estandarizar criterios de higiene bajo una estricta supervisión que los ubique a la altura de sus demás sucursales. Sucursal: Av. México, a un lado de Merca D'Abastos California. There is a problem: the number of flies in the place, specifically where the dishes are prepared, is horrible, unpleasant. They fly over and prostrate themselves in the drinks, in the chopping board, in lemons and avocados that later go to the toast, without mentioning that they are found along the entire bar. This contrasts with two things: the taste of food, which is good; and hygiene, which is infinitely superior in places like Marina (my favorite). I invite you NOT to normalize this highly irritating aspect and to standardize hygiene criteria under strict supervision that puts them at the same level as your other branches. Branch: Av.
