Excellent place, I love it, very quiet, it is close to everything, there is a supermarket one block away, the 5nta is within walking distance and a few blocks from the beach ????

It's very central, but it's not too loud. There are several supermarkets and restaurants right next door, the beach and 5th Avenue can be reached within a few minutes' walk. There is also a secure car park and a pool. Claudia is a great woman who takes care of everything and offers great service. No matter what you need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unit we stayed was lovely it had a very nice private little pool on a very nice decorated rooftop. The place is super located and Claudia the host was very helpful and kind, she replied to all our requests promptly.
For sure we will come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to rent! We rent Claudia which was super helpful, the place has everything I mean everything!! From an amazing view to the dryer and washer , this place has also a parking lot which is great because we saved a lot in the parking outside.
Besides this the location is great, it’s near to everything, just next to the mega which is the largest supermarket in downtown Playa del Carmen.
The beach is only 6 blocks away and the 5th Avenue is 5 , I mean like super convenient!
The street itself is super calm but at the same time is just next to the main avenue which is right in the middle of everything.
