Ubicación excelente, súper equipado, tiene lugar para aparcar, la comunicación con el encargado del condominio es excelente, súper amable, amplio en todos sus espacios, tiene parrilla y la pileta y terraza muy buenas entre otras muchas cosas. Me sorprendió para bien. Volvería mil veces. Totalmente recomendable. Very good. Excellent location, super equipped, has parking space, communication with the manager of the condominium is excellent, super friendly, spacious in all its spaces, it has a grill and a very good pool and terrace among many other things. It surprised me for good. I would go back a thousand times. Totally recommendable

Excellent attention and service. The unbeatable location. We had noise from a neighboring construction site but totally unrelated to the condominium.
R	Ruben Dario Sangurima Salomon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos alojamos en este condominio por primera vez, donde desde el principio nos indicaron que solo estaba disponible el apartamento más pequeño, mi grupo familiar es de 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes de 16 años, sin embargo, puedo decir que a pesar de ser el más pequeño es espacioso y cómodo, con muy buena distribución. El aire acondiciona climatiza muy bien el apartamento, la cocina tiene todos los implementos, ollas, platos, cubiertos, cafetera, tostadora, Jarra con agua, incluso tiene incluido el servicio de agua potable por botellón. El personal de limpieza hace un excelente trabajo, todo muy limpio e impecable, tienes toallas suficientes para uso de baño y también tienes toallas para la piscina. El apartamento cuenta con un puesto de estacionamiento, esto porque salimos a recorrer la Rivera Maya, pero la ubicación de este condominio es a menos de 100 metros de la 5ta avenida, y unos 400 metros de Playa Mamitas, no hace falta un carro para movilizarte, todo está a cerca, a 2 locales tienes un laboratorio que hacen las pruebas para Covid 19 con el precio más económica que puedes conseguir en Playa del Carmen y a menos de 1 kilómetro está Walmart y un supermercado Soriana. La zona está rodeada de hoteles y la 5ta avenida muy cerca, por lo que puedes escuchar música, pero a niveles bajos, realmente no molesta, el local continuo está un Oxxo y diagonal un 7 eleven. El lugar es seguro, con movimiento de gente, pero sin desorden o ruido fuerte. La piscina y la parrillera en la azotea son muy agradables, limpias y tiene un pequeño hidromasaje. El personal de mantenimiento y los encargados del condominio son muy amables, resuelven tus requerimientos de forma rápida y con muy buena disposición. Realmente en mi próximo viaje a Playa del Carmen regresaré a este condominio We stayed in this condo for the first time, where from the beginning they indicated that only the smallest apartment was available, my family group is 2 adults and 2 teenagers of 16 years, however, I can say that despite being the most small is spacious and comfortable, with a very good layout. The air conditioning heats the apartment very well, the kitchen has all the implements, pots, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, jug with water, it even includes the drinking water service per bottle. The cleaning staff does an excellent job, everything is very clean and impeccable, you have enough towels for bathroom use and you also have towels for the pool. The apartment has a parking space, this is because we went out to visit the Rivera Maya, but the location of this condominium is less than 100 meters from 5th avenue, and about 400 meters from Mamitas Beach, you don't need a car to get around , everything is close, at 2 locations you have a laboratory that tests for Covid 19 with the cheapest price you can get in Playa del Carmen and less than 1 kilometer is Walmart and a Soriana supermarket. Really on my next trip to Playa del Carmen I will return to this condo

The swimming pool had bird feces around the edge and all over the railing the whole time we are there. I don't think it was ever clean algae was all over in the pool. The place was clean though other than the pool. The room was nice. The check-in and check-out process was not done very well. With that being said I would probably stay there again if the facilities around the pool were cleaned on a daily basis. I've attached a few photos of the disgusting bird feces in and around the pool.

Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge parlour and kitchen, free Wi-Fi, pool and BBQ on the roof and very cosy little yard. It's near the promenade, about 5 minutes to the beach, 15-20 minutes to bus station and center. Best place to stay in Playa del Carmen!
