Dentro del lugar encontrarás las primeras colaboraciones muralísticas entre Siqueiros, Rivera, Orozco; además de la silla donde se sentó Vasco de Quiroga cuando llegó a la nueva Valladolid. Por eso este es un lugar donde coexiste la época virreinal, moderna y contemporánea, de manera que siempre podrás convivir armoniosamente En cuanto a la singular gastronomía de este lugar, que abarca lo tradicional del guacamole hasta los elementos más exóticos como los cueritos y el requesón. En el menú podrás encontrar especialidades como aguacate mestizo con menudencia de jitomate en tortilla tatemada a las brazas, hasta medallones de cerdo en tiritas marinadas con limón y jitomate y cebolla.
