★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't handled reservations well in any means because the Covid situation (as far I have heard from trusty sources), and even in unrespectful ways, giving nothing for the money given for such reservations for several months, even when the client called them several times.
The good reviews are probably from the easy-5-star-givers client's guests, or before the pandemic, which are the great majority of the visitors there, thus making the actual rating unusable for the actual clients that will be paying for events, but sadly no one can't tell nor filter such reviews (Another Google Maps flaw).
