Great place. The beach simply amazing!

If I could review just the inside of this condo it would be 5/5 stars, but I can't. The amount of construction here is staggering. The description in the condo's advertisement is at best misleading. Dishonest is more accurate. I believe the owner writes about construction in the area. What he really means is 15 feet from your window. It's the beginning of a multi-year project with 60 foot pile drivers, excavators, and jack hammers. Literally 7 days a week from 8:00am to 7:30pm. The noise is overwhelming. Even with all doors and windows closed, even at the pool or beach. You are absolutely compelled to leave the premises during daylight hours. Again, the level of noise cannot be overstated. There is also construction within the condo that renders the elevators inoperative. This construction is extremely loud as well. Rather than deal with our legitimate issues, the owner would not make any reasonable concessions for our inconvenience. His responses ranged from opaque to argumentative. Rather than let him again minimize our concerns, I will simply post a Youtube video we created which highlights the construction and elevator issues. Simply youtube search "condominios las penas puerto vallarta". The fact that this owner continues to advertise his condo while obfuscating the construction and elevator problems is highly unethical and lacking in integrity. He is obviously not interested in your vacation or your well being - just your money.

We recently stayed in #301 of this condo unit. Where to begin.. first they weren't expecting us so the place was dirty and hot. Plus no working elevators. Construction noise from them working on the elevators as well as construction next door at Park Royal. We couldn't even hold a discussion in the pool because of the loud construction. Jack hammering and drilling. We were getting noise from morning til evening on both sides of the condo. The a/c went out in the living area for last 3 days. It was extremely hot and no breeze. Neil the owner would not compensate us for any of the issues. Wifi did not work consistently work so we had to sit on the corner of the porch and log into Park Royal's free wifi. DO NOT BOOK this place. Not worth it!!

Best beach and condo in southern area.

Nice condo right on the beach. Customer service was great when I stayed there. It isn't near downtown so it's not really a party area. But if you're looking for a peaceful place to fall asleep listening to the ocean this is it.

Recently stay in unit 302. It was well appointed and a good size for our party. Lovely covered patio overlooking the pool and ocean. We saw whales from our unit! Easy swimmingsnorkeling in the ocean and plenty of birds to watch including pelicans. I recommend this place. Quiet and clean too.

I had a one week vacation, and I have to say this was an amazing experience for me for my 1st time!! Even though it's far away from the shopping centers or downtown, it was worth it!

What a contrast to the overcrowded resorts and hotels of the area. Shared the pool and beach with what seemed like at most 6 to 8 other families. Perhaps due in part to the post holiday season. Im sure also part of it is that this is a modestly sized condominium complex. Regardless it was a fantastic place to enjoy both the local beach and only about 15 minutes away from the more popular tourist destinations via Uber
