★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para vivir. Los disque encargados de seguridad del lugar son prepotentes y amenazan a los vecinos si te niegas a pagar el "servicio de vigilancia" el cual no es obligatorio cerraron el fraccionamiento por la fuerza y aún así sigue la inseguridad.
Terrible place to live. The discs in charge of security of the place are arrogant and threaten the neighbors if you refuse to pay the "surveillance service" which is not mandatory closed the fractionation by force and still the insecurity continues.

Medium level subdivision, family, has controlled access, a little far away and slightly complicated avenues and in fair condition ✅ good option to live if you are not looking for a residential type or if your budget ranges from 750 to 850 thousand approx.
