THE MRS. VIANEY WHO ATTENDS THE PHONE IS VERY DESPANT WITH THE CUSTOMERS, BLOCKS YOU TO TALK TO HER BOSSES OBVIOUSLY SO THAT YOU DO NOT REPORT HER, SINCERELY LEAVES THE TELEPHONE SERVICE A LOT TO WISH, I DON'T WANT OR IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT THE GUESTS.
