★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to eat freshly made Mexican food, like Tlacoyos, Sopes and Quesadillas, in Apan a agrarian oriented town in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico. The owner even mills the corn herself! The food is of excellent quality and nowhere as oily as in other places.
