★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de salir de esta sucursal, con una pésima atención por parte de su personal.
Nos llevaron los productos que quisieron, no los ordenados. Al principio les tome el cambio del primero producto, pensando que sería el único, con tal de que no se les quedaran, pero conforme avanzó la orden, nos siguieron llevando cosas que no pedimos, al rechazarlas, nos quedamos sin cenar, ya que nunca llegó lo que si ordenamos.
Pese a su error, no fueron buenos ni para pedir una disculpa y solamente se empezaron a reír entre las empleadas al ver que estábamos molestos, por un error de atención de ellas.
Que el día de hoy no tuvieran luz, no justifica su falta de atención al tomar una orden y mucho menos su falta de interés para atender un cliente.
Al menos en lo que a mi respecta, no vuelvo a ir, y mucho menos a recomendarlos.

They took the products they wanted, not the ordered ones. At first I took the change of the first product, thinking that it would be the only one, as long as they did not stay, but as the order progressed, they continued to carry us things that we did not ask for, when we rejected them, we ran out of dinner, since What we ordered arrived.
Despite their mistake, they were not good enough to ask for an apology and only began to laugh among the employees when they saw that we were upset, because of an error in their attention.
That today they had no light, does not justify their lack of attention to take an order, much less their lack of interest to serve a customer.
At least as far as I'm concerned, I do not go back, much less recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar para comerte todo tipo de garnachas, solo que les recomendaría hacer más grande el menú, lo tienen escondido en el servilletero. De igual forma las promociones deberían lanzarlas al inicio de tomar la orden y no dejarlas solo en la pantalla

They are disgusting. I bought a pozole and it looked like broth of hair. Can't they have so much hygiene? And besides, they make fun of people. What happens to them? So do they eat? Really horrible place.

Comimos un combo mix de gordita, flauta y quesadilla con un vaso de agua de Jamaica por 65.00. Es un lugar pequeño pero cómodo. El sazón es bueno, la flauta de carne especialmente sabrosa.
It is a very clean, organized place, with functional furniture, in very good condition. They have complete packages, at very affordable prices. We ate a combo mix of gordita, flute and quesadilla with a glass of Jamaica water for 65.00. It is a small but comfortable place. The seasoning is good, the meat flute especially tasty.
