★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy ,fui a la sucursal de Isabela Católica, muy mal servicio, hasta que pregunte si estaba la tostada ,tenía 19 min de estar esperando , el encargado discutiendo con un empleado, un chico de colita de caballo ,toma las órdenes ,con el CEL y hace las gorditas al mismo tiempo y no se lava las manos ...y le dije al encargado que le hacía una observación y me mandó ...a la goma....muy mal servicio
Today, I went to the Isabela Católica branch, very bad service, until I asked if the toast was there, I had been waiting for 19 minutes, the manager arguing with an employee, a guy with a ponytail, takes the orders, with the CEL and he does the gorditas at the same time and he doesn't wash his hands...and I told the manager that I was making an observation and he sent me...to the rubber....very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos flautas y pambazos para 4 personas para entrega en domicilio, nos dijeron que tardaban 25 minutos y tardaron más de 1 hora en llegar!
Cuando solicité la cancelación, me la rechazaron y claro, todo venía helado.
We ordered flutes and pambazos for 4 people for home delivery, they told us it would take 25 minutes and it took more than 1 hour to arrive!
When I requested the cancellation, they rejected it and of course, everything was frozen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta un poco de atención al cliente en este local, se entretienen con poco y pasa un tiempo para que lo atiendan, y eso que no hay más clientes no quiero imaginar cuando estén llenos. Además de que son poco amables.
They lack a bit of customer service in this place, they entertain themselves with little and it takes a while for them to attend to it, and that there are no more customers, I do not want to imagine when they are full. Besides that they are unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El encargado es muy grosero, no atiende las quejas y contesta de manera déspota. Ví como le gritaba a una empleada y se dirigía de mala manera a sus empleados. La comida es buena pero si se fomentan éste tipo de agresiones NO LO RECOMIENDO.
The manager is very rude, does not attend to complaints and answers in a despotic manner. I saw how he yelled at an employee and addressed his employees in a bad way. The food is good but if this type of aggression is encouraged I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
