Ofrecen pago con tarjeta y no es verdad. Antes de pedir, una cliente llego, preguntando y no había sistema, le preguntan buena onda si hay cajero por ahí y responde que no sabe nada y no puede preparar ningún pedido.
Segunda: al momento de pagar 115 pesos (pago con 200), resulta que no tienen cambio y como cliente tienes que resolver el problema. Tuve que ir a conseguir cambio porque la señorita no puede resolver nada... llego con cambio y aunque deje el dinero, no fueron capaz de ir preparando el pedido...
Tercera: pides una modificación mínima en el pedido y ni siquiera escuchan lo que quieres, cuando ya te están diciendo que no.
Cuarta: los sabores muy x, super artificiales.
En fin, creo que por el servicio jamás volveré, deberían aprender a tener mejor trato al cliente.
First:
They offer card payment and it is not true. Before ordering, a client arrived, asking and there was no system, they asked her cool if there is a cashier out there and she replies that she doesn't know anything and can't prepare any order.
Second: when paying 115 pesos (paying with 200), it turns out that they don't have change and as a customer you have to solve the problem. I had to go get change because the lady can't solve anything... I arrived with change and even if I left the money, they weren't able to prepare the order...
Third: you ask for a minimal modification in the order and they don't even listen to what you want, when they are already saying no.
Fourth: very x flavors, super artificial.
In short, I think that because of the service I will never return, they should learn to have better customer service.
