 The food is bland, even the sauces. They don't know anything. I even got scared thinking it was covid, until I tried the salt and that one did know me hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving between Kino Bay and Hermosillo? This is THE place for outstanding tacos, burritos, etc... The Caramelo's are the best I've had anywhere in Mexico. You know this place has got to be good by the number of trucks and semi's parked both sides of the road out front. Service is friendly. Family owned (though there are a lot more than only 3 Reynas working here). The auto paint shop next store (owned by the same family) has an excellent reputation with commercial fleets in Hermosillo. Closed some Sundays and some Wednesdays. If the trucks are there its open. Say "Hi" to Paula who needs/wants to practice her English...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Sonoran food made in front of your eyes. The Caramelos are sublime especially when bathed in the amazing red salsa. I will avoid eating ahead of time if I know I'll be passing near this friendly, busy place later in the day. A great way to introduce friends who have just arrived at the airport to yummy Sonoran goodies.
