★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando voy a Tulancingo me gusta ir a la sucursal que está en Primera de Mayo. Es económico y lo que les he llegado a pedir lo han hecho bien. Sólo como comentario en cuanto al personal que en mi última visita no me pareció. La que pareciera ser la dueña me atendió realmente muy bien y siempre está en busca que las clientas nos encontremos muy cómodas. De eso no hay queja y que bueno que siempre busquen el bienestar del cliente, lamentablemente algunas empleadas (no todas, ya que en ocasiones pasadas las que me han atendido hacen muy bien su trabajo y se saben comportar) pero la última vez me tocó que dos chicas se estuvieran carcajeando y poniendo a criticar clientas mientras nos atendían a mi amiga y a mí. Vas a relajarte y a recibir un servicio, no a ponerte a escuchar el chisme y comentarios nefastos, ya que se encuentran en un horario laboral, fuera de eso que hagan lo que quieran. Además, una actitud prepotente de cómo si ellas fueran las dueñas, y las clientas que necesidad de pasar por eso.
When I go to Tulancingo I like to go to the branch that is in First of May. It is economical and what I have come to ask have done well. There is no complaint and good that always seek the welfare of the client, unfortunately some employees (not all, since sometimes past those who have served me do their job well and know how to behave) but the last time I had to Two girls were laughing and criticizing customers while they treated my friend and me. You are going to relax and receive a service, not to listen to the gossip and nefarious comments, since they are in a working time, outside of that they do what they want. In addition, a prepotent attitude of how if they were the owners, and the clients that need to go through that.
