Nice accomodations close to central square

This is a clean, gated Condominium that's a 5-10 minute walk from the Ferry Dock and very close to the central market and a handful of wonderful restaurants and motorcycle rental agencies. This was the perfect place to stay for my week in Cozumel and if you get a chance to rent a condo here, I recommend you take it.

I just had a friend move in on one I've the bottom floor units. It needed paint badly. So l, my local crew painted the entire unit in 4 days. On Saturday, when we finished, the owner purchased some beer for the painting crew to say thanks. We were quietly enjoying our beverages when a man came on the outside patio of the condo, and told us that we had to finish up, and the local Mexican workers had to leave immediately. I told him that these are my employees, and have been contracted through me to paint the house. We were on his outside patio and not the grounds in anyway. He told us that outside patios are property of the association, and not theirs. Well, now I'm getting a little hot under the collar, and went to the manager of the complex. He stated that he was new, and for the protection of the owners, cannot permit locals from participating in festivities in Las Ventanas. I told him that your discrimination and appare nt Marxist proceedure does not make you or your facility very appealing for 200k plus maintenance fees, plus 10k to have a garage. Plus no animals of any kind are permitted under any circumstances. In closing, I would stay away from ever considering a major purchase in a foreign country, with these kind of rules where you have no rights even on your own patio. Plus, having to deal with a Soviet Union style management association is the deal breaker. But in all they let us stay after it soaked in their feeble membranes to finish our adult beverages, and we hi tailed it out of there. I feel sorry for my friends. But their place came out looking quite nice!

Dont mess with the resorts. Book this bnb and get away from the cruise ship tourist trap.
