★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré por vez primera un frappé y el café en sí, era rico, pero me dieron crema batida vencida. Deberían tener más atención en su rotación de productos o al menos ver la fecha de caducidad antes de abrir nuevo producto.

El espacio tiene como desventaja q le pega mucho el sol y es caluroso, no tiene aire acondicionado. Cuando se llena de estudiantes de preparatoria puede ser un poco ruidoso. Tomar en cuenta q hay q subir muchas escaleras, pensando en gente adulta mayor.

Ahora sin embargo no me gustó debido a que los meseros me atendieron cuando quisieron y no estaban a la orden. Tienen unos botones en la parte de arriba para timbrar les y que estén atentos. Pero sin embargo nunca le pusieron la atención debida y estuvimos esperando la comida durante mucho tiempo. Posteriormente los llamamos para decirles que había pasado con nuestra orden y resultó que se les había olvidado y tuvimos que esperar aún más tiempo. Por si fuera poco también cambiaron de meseros según ellos que por su horario y turno terminó, pero la verdad que se me hizo de muy mal gusto que una persona nos pidiera la orden otra nos atendiera y una más nos entregara el cambio. Les comentamos que no nos pareció y la verdad que vimos que no lo tomaron en cuenta. Por favor no sigan así o van a perder muchos clientes, Ya de por sí estar encerrados ahí en ese local es poco agradable Y con esa mala atención las cosas empeoran.
