They are scammers, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM, they canceled days before the scheduled trip to Disney and do not answer calls.

100% Recommended, Alondra Nájera and Ana Ortiz are very professional, their attention is the best. Alondra I organize my trip just 2 weeks in advance (transportation, flights, hotels) to visit Isla Mujeres and Cancun with my whole family for 12 days, they were always attentive almost from the moment I left home, throughout the trip and upon my return. I have already bought my trip to Disney with them for 2022 and I hope this is just as great as this one.

I had a problem with the Agency a month ago and I made a comment about what happened to the xcaret mexico hotel, after a lot of anguish and desperation I was able to personally contact Jonathan, excellent attitude and today they solved my problem, I understand that there was a mistake and I am happy waiting for my trip to Los Cabos and Xcaret hoping everything goes well and once again offering my vote of confidence to Lasen Travel since in trips I did with them everything was always EXCELLENT

To begin with, apparently they are an agency that at least answers your calls, you will not have problems with it being fraud and/or disappearing. I quoted with them a trip of 6 days and 5 nights to the Disney and Universal parks in Florida. The truth is that we did not have any problems at the destination, they were attentive in terms of transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, in addition to the fact that they sent me the tickets to the Disney parks 1 week before, and Universal 2 days before. The hotel where we stayed, Parc Corniche Suites, a hotel that said it had transportation to the parks, but due to a pandemic they removed that service, which the agency had quoted us and included it in the price but there was no adjustment in this regard. In general, my experience with the agency was fine. I repeat, I had no problems, I was able to pay 18MSI for the trip. The service they give you is standard, nothing out of the ordinary, it has no added value to improve your travel experience, they just get you what you ask for, period, no differentiator. I was satisfied with the service from you, but it would have been the same if I had gotten everything separately on my own. Several have asked me if I would hire this company again or if I would recommend it? Do not.
