★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facial was better than expected. Extractions were done as requested. I felt very at ease by the woman who did my facial. I do not remember her name. But the facial was outstanding and she thoroughly explained the process.
Customer service here is horrendous! There is a clinic behind the main clinic. At the door of the second clinic; I wasn’t greeted until I said I had an appointment. I felt very unwelcomed during my visit. Once I paid, there wasn’t much interested in attending the questions I had for additional services. I was not wished a good day and over all it was very unpleasant to be treated like just another customer. It’s impossible to get someone to respond to the WhatsApp after setting the appointment. Over all the customer experience isn’t up to par for a dermatologist office, which is why I give it 2 stars.
